Formatting for camera-ready manuscript

PDF, 6 pages (hard limit), 10 point font, double-column, IEEE Computer Society format

Papers must be in PDF format (1.4 or higher) and should include a title, full names of authors (along with organization and email address), and an abstract of fewer than 200 words; pages should NOT be numbered.

Important Notes

It is mandatory to checked/convert the papers using the IEEE PDF eXpress website (http://www.pdf-express.org/) before submitting them. Papers that did not pass the check from the final proceedings will be excluded form publication.

Copyright must be transferred to IEEE for publication in IEEE Xplore via the IEEE eCF for electronic copyright transfer in EDAS-

Further instructions about format, copyright-notice, etc. can be found at the ICNP conference webpage (please note: hard 6 page limit for workshops).

Paper Submission Guidelines

Submitted papers must be written in English and have no more than six (6) pages in double-column format with standard margins and at least a 10 point font. This length includes everything: figures, tables, references, appendices and so forth. Longer submissions will not be reviewed. Papers should include a title and an abstract of fewer than 200 words.

All papers must be formatted for printing on US LETTER (8.5" by 11") size paper and must adhere to the IEEE formatting requirements (for LaTeX, use "conference" option). Papers must be submitted in PDF (Portable Document Format) and be compatible with Acrobat (English version), not including any special characters or non-standard fonts. We must be able to display and print your submission exactly as we receive it and using only standard tools and postscript printers, so we strongly suggest that you use only standard fonts. Make sure that the paper prints well on black-and-white printers, not color printers. This is especially true for plots and graphs in the paper.

Submissions must be original, unpublished work, and not under consideration at another conference.

CSWS uses a single-blind review process (not double-blind as ICNP).

Please see the conference webpage for other, additional submission guidelines.
